What is your favourite menu that cooked by your mum?

For me, my favourite menu is “Kaeng Liang”. I used to eat this menu at least once a month. it was one of my dad favourite menu too. Kaeng Liang made from various kinds of vegetables. Normally I don’t like to eat vegetables except this menu.

It tastes different from other Pad Krapao that made by others.

Actually, I love every menus that my mom cooks. My favorite is Stir Fried Broccoli especially, this menu with shrimp. She always cooks menu that consists of vegetables. She wants her kids to be healthy. She will choose various kinds of vegetables. I also love broccoli the most.

It is chili-shrimp paste with fried mackerels, which is so-called Nam Prick Kla Pri in Thai.
This recipe is the best of all kinds of food I would say.
I, in fact, don't eat rice so much, but I can do three refills at least for this menu.

It is a northern style food served with vegetables.

It is not a normal omelet because it is a super delicious omelet. She cooks eggs and onion with a little bit of fish sauce. I like to eat it with sticky rice and tomato sauce.

i don't usually eat too much rice if it's not delicious. For my mother's fried rice, I ate it more than 3 plates.

I remember the pork porridge cooked by mom when I got sick as a child.
That memorable bowl of porridge is more than just food but full of my mom's willingness to cook me that menu.
