How can you learn your students' names?

It is my big weakness that I cannot remember people's faces and their names, not just students but also others around me.
When I have to teach students, it is necessary for me to remember the face and name of my students.
The first thing that I will do is give all students name tags until I can remember all their name, because I know that remembering the name of the students is important in managing a classroom well.

It is very important for teacher to build rapport with students.
Learning students' name is one of the way to do so.
What I normally do is to let them introduce themselves or ask their name one by one.
Let them sit the same seat everytime is also help. You may draw a seating chart and write their name down can help you memorize their name more easily.

Actually i don't have a trick or a trip to know theri names though. Haaaa
I just take time to remember them that's all. For a few students, i can remember their name in hour.
But for many, i think i have to take a while though.
