How often do you exercise?

Actually, I would say that I love to exercise very much,
but now I have an excuse to stop continuing working out.
I personally want to go out and exercise.

To be honest, I rarely do exercise because I am lazy.
My last time that I went to the gym is 9 months ago.
If I want to do exercise, most of my exercise is walking.

Actually, I know that exercising is a really important thing to do for our health. I knew it all the time, but I still don't make it at all. To be honest, I'm too lazy to work out, but don't judge me that I never do exercise. Of course, I do. In my leisure time, sometimes I work out by dancing due to I love to dance. I think dancing is kind of one of the exercises, so I do exercise 3 times a week. hahaha

I go swimming twice a week. I am included among those who never swam competitively and just does it for fitness. I swim for 1-1.5 hour each session.
During my two days, I focus on my speed, strength, specific technique/drills in one day and the other day I struggle for endurance and distance.

Actually I will exercise every day if I have a free time that week. I would say I am addicted to exercising. I can exercise every day. However, I do not go exercising for almost a month because I have a lot of works to finish. I really want to go exercising but I do not have much time. I am really sad.

I rarely do exercise. I am a easily tired person.
I cannot do exercise often even I know that It's good for my health.
However, I plan to reset this goal again when I finished all of my assignment
in this semester.

I have no time to exercise because of my duty at the University.
When I have free time, I always choose soccer to be my exercise.

To make me get healthier, I should go to the gym everyday but I can't because there are many things that I have to
focus on and I really busy with my part time job too. Now, the coronavirus is uncontrolllable. So, I need to go out and play badminton with my friends.
I love going to the gym and love playing badminton because it makes me healtheir and protect me from covid-19.0
