I totally enjoy listening the dropped rain as well. So I love rainy season. However, it depends on time and situation. For example, if I would go out, and the rain was falling, I totally hated this situation a lot. If I stayed at home and did nothing whlie the rain was falling, I really enjoyed that moment.

Yes, I do. I love rain at night though. I love the sound of rain pouring down, it's so calming.
Watching the rain fall in the view of streetlight is so nice, it makes me feel refreshing and soothing.
Especially, if I snuggled up in the warmth. I feel like the air is clean after the rain.

Farmers enjoy rainy days since, without them, drought is made more likely and force them to irrigate water from other sources. This results in water reserves dwindling quickly as was the case in California. Therefore rain helps water their crops.

I personally like the rain at times since it generates a very nice earthy aroma (known as petrichor) when rain hits dry earth. Moreover, when it has been very hot, the rain is a welcome change and is cooling. However, I live in Britain and there rarely are long spells of heat without rain (necessary for the above criteria to be matched) so most of the time I find it rather irritating when I want to go about my daily business.
