There is a lot of qualification for being good teacher. Teachers need to have good personality, deep knowledge, great education and good speaker. I think these qualifications make teachers good, but how to make teachers great. I think teacher should be more listener and focus about children needs. Children have their own unique abilities. Enhancing student’s ability makes teacher great.

In my opinion, I think that great teachers are prepared and organized. They are in their classrooms early and ready to teach. They present lessons in a clear and structured way. Their classrooms are organized in such a way as to minimize distractions.

In my opinion, we all can be a great teacher if we want to be. I think the thing that makes the teacher a great teacher is to understand the students wholeheartedly. The reason why I say this is that many students have their own happiness and suffering. If we want to be a great teacher for the children, we have to understand what is in the students' minds.
