If you owned a restaurant, what kind of food would it serve?

If I open a restaurant, first of all I will look at the environment the kind of food they love most then try to make it cheaper for them to love my restaurant. I will open Korean BBQ restaurant because my friends and I love to eat it. Most of Thai people love it too.

I would open a Chinese noodle restaurant.
I love eating Chinese noodle and I believe many people love it, too.
It is a easy to eat dish which ready to be served in a minute.

If I have a chance to own a restaurant then I would properly serve clean food.
clean food does not mean that you eat all the food ultil the plate is clean.
Clean food is for those who likes to be healthy because it contains vegetable, meats, good carb and no fat!

I dream to have my own restaurant. I want to serve my favorite dish for the customer.
I love E-san food such as Somtum (papaya salad), NumTok (grill pork with chilies), and Kaiyang (grill chicken with sauce).

I would like to serve any quality food that hard to find to eat.
I want to own some luxury restuarant or Thai cousins.

If I had a chance to have my own restaurant, I would serve my favorite food.
My favorite food are Salad and fried chicken. I do love salad so bad.
I can eat it every day so I want to serve this menu to others.
I want other people to taste how yummy of this menu.

I think I would serve Italian food and Thai food together.
Because I like these kinds of foods so much.
I think they also have good tastes. So if I own so restaurant, I would like to serve them.
