I have to admit to you that I am an early bird. I usually get up in the early morning. This is because I cannot do any of my works at night, so I tend to go to bed early. Going to bed early allows me to get up in the very early morning. I can finish lots of works if I get up early. It is also a good start of the day for me.

Yes, I can also confirm this due to the fact that I’m highly active in the day and more lazy and tired at the night. Also I don’t like to attend late evening classes or go outside my home after 8 pm.
Sometimes for exams I also wake up at 4:00 am to study and revise. I don’t need an alarm to wake me up because most of the time I’m automatically awakened by 6:00 and at 5:30 during summer time.
I feel energetic and active in the morning and that’s why my exercise regimen and breakfast happens earlier than others.
