For me, whenever I feel bad about my life or feel uncomfortable with something, I always think about my goal, passion, and family. I always remind myself about why I am here, what I am doing, and what I am going to do in the future. It is like a big impulsion for me to keep on going and do my best. Also, I always think about my family. I want to make them proud of me. I want to see them being happy so that I will be happy too.

Good food in a nice restaurant or for that matter, anywhere outside of home never to cheer me up no matter how depressed I am. Moreover, pouring my heart out to a person I trust and love the most. It's the best remedy to feel good about life back again by talking to someone who is always ready to hear me out. Hearing one out can relieve the person and help overcome depression. Also, a warm hug is the best way one can feel better when it is from someone who loves me.
