I think everybody wants to protect themselves from this outbreak virus.
It can spread out from person to person easiest.
So, Chinese who are the people live in the central of COVID-19 , everybody afraid to welcome them or live closely with Chinese.

I think it's a normal thing that can happen because everyone loves their own life.
If they think avoiding a Chinese restaurant is another way to protect themselves, they have all the rights to do it.

If this behavior not damages or harm other people, it is ok to do that.

I feel nothing for them because it is reasonable. Protecting themselves from the harmful virus is the smart decision to make. It is about human beings to avoid dangerous risks that can cause serious effects. So, I do understand them for what they do. However, there is no safe place more than our house. I want you guys to take care of your self in this serious situation.
