Have you ever experienced with waking up late problem?
How do you handle it?
My ways for dealing with waking up late are
1. Go to bed no later than 12.00 p.m.
2. Set up the alarm clock
However, I rarely have a problem with this problem because I am a person who is easy to wake up and I'm also morning person.

It's not that easy because I am not good at being a morning person. Also, there has always been a deadlock: I sleep late because I woke up late, I woke up late because I sleep late. One way to get rid of the habit of waking up late is to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. To do that, you have to go to bed earlier than you do.

In my point of view, I deal with waking up late by using these 3 ways. There are alarm clock, cell phone, mom and friends.
The first, alarm clock I use it when I want to wake up early like 3 or 4 A.M. and it has a loud noise.
The second, cell phone sometimes I use a cell phone to make me wake up like an alarm clock .
The third, mom and friends sometimes when I afraid of waking up late, I always call mom and friends to make me wake up.
These are three ways to deal with waking up late.

Well, I have to say that the only way to deal with waking up late depends on yourself. The first thing that you have to do is that you have to be able to control yourself first. If you can control yourself to wake up whenever you have to wake up, you are one step near to completely deal with this kind of problem. Another thing is that you have to set loud music for the alarm clock to wake you up instantly. Now the most important thing for dealing with this problem is YOURSELF.

I set up my alarm 5-10 times in the morning.
That's not too much for me at all if you know my sleeping habit.
If I really need to wake up at 8, I will set my alarm every 15 minutes after 6 to 7:45.
Of Course, I wake up after the last alarm rings.

What I normally do is to hypnotize myself by keep saying 'wake up early' repeatedly before I go to bed.
It does work very well to me! It even works when you want to wake up late as well. LOL
You can try it if you want to!

When it comes to his advice on sleep, here are my tricks.
1. Building an automatic wake-up response with the louder voice
2. Having a reason to wake up, I usually talk with myself the reason for waking up early.
3. Getting adequate sleep, the ability to get up when your alarm goes off effects on your overall energy levels.

To be honest I am not a morning person. I am finding to set my alarm clock in order to make myself wake up early every day. Last year, I had to deal with waking up late. Now,
I would like to share some tips such as sleep early, exercise as much as possible, and Meditation.

Personally, I just try to sleep more early because I don't like to get up late.
I normally set the alarm clock every day. The important thing is to tell yourself why you have to get up early.

In my opinion, I will set an alarm clock to wake me up.
if it is not effective, I will tell someone to call me in the morning.
It is better for me to dealing with wake up late!

First thing first, you have to go to bed very early though.
It helps alot when you have a good enough sleep.
Which is you have to go to bed before 10 p.m. though.
And then when you wake up in the morning, you will be a fresh man and have a good time!

Honestly, I sometimes wake up late, especially when I don't have enough sleep. When I wake up late, the first thing that I always do is that I need to compose myself or be calm. Being calm is the best way to solve any problems that is happening.
