Happiness is the result of leading a virtuous life. Man's last end is God, the cause of eternal happiness for those who choose and will it. If you Don't believe in God then there you have it.

Absolutely yes.
But in my opinion I think it’s up to us because the real happiness is in ourselves.
If we know how to make ourselves feel happy and we just do it, it is so easy.
But if we do not know how or we still want more and more happiness, we don't know to be enough, we couldn't find the real happiness.
