I think vegetables are very important. There are many advantages of vegetables.
Eating vegetables provides health benefits – people who eat more vegetables are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases.
The advantages of vegetables reduce the risk for heart disease, including heart attack and stroke, protect against certain types of cancers and
increase intake of fiber and potassium, which are important nutrients that many Americans do not get enough of in their diet.

It surely helps your digestive system and other systems as well. I am so proud of myself that I can eat most types of vegetable, except tomatoes. That is a good thing. Remember that all vegetables contain healthful vitamins, minerals, and fiber, so you should eat a lot of vegetables! Moreover, veggies can protect your health because there contain important vitamins, minerals, and fiber that contribute to good health. Plus, veggies can keep your skin healthy and decrease your weight as well.

I am vegetable lover I would like to say that because I can eat all kind of vegetable and fruit.
There are many benefits such as mineral, vitamin and fiber in different kinds of vegetable. In different kind of them provide different benefits. For example,
green vegetable provide fiber and potassium but in red or yellow color fruit they provide beta carotene.
