Honestly, I would say 'NO'. LOL
I don't like exercising so that I don't play sports often.
If I have to choose one or two sports. I will choose swimming and badminton.

To be honest, I have not played any sports for about four years. When I was in high school might be the latest time that I played sports. By the way, the most enjoyable sport for me is badminton. It is a fun game to play with friends, and it is not too hard to play for a lazy person like me. lol I'm not good at sport!!!

I am not interested in any kinds of sports these days. LOL I am not capable of playing any kinds of them so that I rarely play sports. It does not mean that I do not want to try. I would love to try swimming and playing badminton since these two sports seem to be suitable for me. Playing sport is considered an effective way to help you maintain your good health. Sports are not my cup of tea. I don't have favourite physical sports but I like e-sports like playing games. I used to addicted to ROV when I was a second-year student. I played this game non-stop until late midnight. I played 30 turns a day! I have learned that we should balance ourselves.

I was quite good at it because I was a representative of the school to involve a competition. I was extremely excited and also proud of myself. I got many golden medals as a prize.

I used to play Table tennis aka ping pong. Great sport for hand eye coordination as well as cardiovascular if approached as a sport and not a game. One of my favorite table tennis player is Malong, a Chinese table tennis player. The current Olympic and World Champion, he is ranked number 3 in the world. More importantly he is so handsome haha.

I have to say first that I play an extraordinary sport and I am sure that none of you guys will try it. The sports that I like to do are combat sports. Combat sports are the sports that deal with fighting hand-to-hand combat. I have tried Taekwondo and Pencak Silat and both of them are brutal martial arts. I have to say that I feel the liveliness in a fight and I really love that feeling.
