Absolutely yes! Water plays an important role in our body. The fact is that you can live your life without food but you will die if you live without water. That’s how it’s important. Our body includes water for 75%. Every activity we do, we need the water. Every cells and organ are contained blood which is composed of water. We need to drink water to fulfill and strengthen all cells throughout the day. Moreover, drinking a lot of water decrease acne as well. You should drink fresh water at least 2 liters per day, it helps you poop easily.

Of course! Drinking enough during a day may help make your body stay hydrated. When drinking water, my brain seems to function effectively. If you do not drink water, your skin tend to be dehydrated. Besides, you may not concentrate well on what you are doing. Drinking enough water can help suppress your appetite as well. This way may be suitable for those who want to lose weight. I usually drink a liter of water per day. I need to bring a bottle of water all the time so that I can drink it whenever I want.

Absolutely. Water is very important for our health. Drinking a lot of water makes our bodies are in a balance condition.
It maximizes physical performance. For me, I try to drink at least 1-2 liters of water. It also helps to maintain blood pressure.
Plus, It cushions the brain, spinal cord, and other sensitive tissues. Our skins will be boosted and have a beautiful skin.
Human cannot live without water so that you can infer how significant it is.

Absolutely yes! Drinking water is good for our help in all aspects. By drinking water, I feel really fresh. Some doctors said drinking water in the early morning can help your health to stay healthy. We should drink water around 7 to 8 glasses per day. So I try my best to drink enough water each day. Then, I found that it is not that easy. Lol

I think, drinking-water help to prevent and treat headaches.
Several studies have shown that water can relieve headaches in those who are dehydrated.
However, this appears to depend on the type of headache.

Drinking enough water, or staying hydrated, is the first rule of health and nutrition. Our bodies can supposedly last weeks without food and yet just a few days without water. This makes sense when you think that our bodies are made up of about 60% water and that being dehydrated can begin to affect us both physically and mentally.
