I love myself when I am focusing on something and do it with all my best to reach the word "perfect". I will be like a serious person when I focus and concentrate with something that I love. Such as when I am thinking of some kinds of work and activity.

Loving yourself is something every person needs at least at some point in their lives. I believe that loving yourself is one of the joyous things in your life. If you’re happy with who you are then it’s easier to love and be loves by someone else.

In my opinion, you should love youself beofore you love someone.
Like RuPaul said "If you don't love yourself, how in the hell you gonna love somebody else?"
And how I love myself is I do not compare myself with anybody.
I think I have my own best so this is a simple to love myself.

It's a very good question. Love ourself is the most important thing in life.
I learn to love myself by changing my attitude. I try to think more positively. I try to look after myself by choosing something good for myself, such as eating healthy meals, take myself in a good place, get up early to make merit to make my mind calm.

For me, there are lots of things that I do for myself. When I feel sad I will find some dessert to eat and watch the movie. These two things make me very happy. When I tired I will listen to favorite songs. I think listen to favorite songs make me relax.

I start to love myself when I realize that I care about others too much until my mental health got worse.
I begin to do whatever I want if those things do not affect other people.
I will care about myself more by listening to my heart. I always follow others even though I don't like that thing. I hope that I will be happier than I am at the present time.
I suffer a lot from people who never care about me. I should not care about the one who never cares about me at all. I was not born to please everyone in this world!

Uhm....Just do something that doesn't bother your feeling.
I know it's not always easy to put ourselves in the desire spots.
However, it would be grateful if I can follow what I really want.

I take a simple thing like taking shower as my self love.
Taking shower included scrubbing all my body is one of the best way that I can look up myself and feel better with myself.
When I feel fresh, I could not be more enthusiastic to do any activity.

For me, the first step in loving yourself is forgiving and accepting.
Forgive all the mistakes you think you've made in the past.
Accept yourself as a truly unique individual, therefore have different qualities that you may find comparable to others.
In doing these things, you need more time to be alone. You need some tranquility so you can look into and communicate with yourself clearly.

Loving yourself is a radical act, but life is sooo much easier if you do. The thing to remember here is that it is a process, and often a slow one so don’t expect to go to maximum self love in a week. Incremental changes are usually the most sustainable and a love for self makes a great bedrock foundation so taking it bit by bit is the approach I recommend.
