In my opinion, I would like to say that I do like drinking a cup of coffee every day. I often drink
some coffee when I fell asleep during the day. It helps wake me up from asleep. Actually, we
cannot drink some coffee too much.

It seems to me that consuming too much coffee may cause negative effects on my health. I am not sure if what I said is true or not. I try not to drink coffee since I do not want to be addicted to it. If I want to stay awake at night completing my work, I will go out to somewhere where I cannot see my bed. LOL However, I think I have to lean on it sometimes since I tend to fall asleep so easily when completing my works at night. LOL

I would say that coffee is the best beverage for me because I usually drink it when I want to go to bed late.
On the other hand, it can ruin your health if you drink it a lot. It has an effect.
I try to stop it because I love my health.

In my opinion, consuming coffee or caffeine give us both good and bad to our health. I believe that consuming too much coffee may cause negative effects on my health. It can affect to your heart. This is because caffeine stimulates heart to work hard. In other hand, consuming coffee can make our body enthusiastic. You can stay for longer time to work or do things. I believe that everything is good, but in moderation.

Literally, coffee is a harmful beverage to everyone who drinks it with sugar, syrup, and cream.
I am one of those who drink coffee in that way because it can cause obesity and other diseases.
To be honest, I know coffee is not good for my health but my heart really loves drinking it.
I drink it every morning in order t run my day effectively and freshly. Yeah, I can't say straightly that is coffee
good or bad. It's a hard question for me.

I thinks it depends on how much you drink coffee.
If you drink too much coffee can cause problems, especially in the digestive tract.
But studies have shown that drinking up to four 8-ounce cups of coffee per day is safe.
But sipping coffee in reasonable amounts just might be one of the healthiest things you can do.

I am the one who never has coffee.
In my opinion, It is not healthy at all.
It is quite dangerous and harmful. One single cup of coffee can raise your cortisol level for hours, this will destroy your hormones balance and ultimately age you.
Coffee raises cholesterol, it also causes a lot of illnesses such as stomach ulcers, arthritis, vision loss, back pain, over sweating, short of breath, obesity, heart attack.

I think drink coffee is good and bad for our heath.
Coffee can make our bodies become more enthusiastic and fresh.
On the other hands, drinking too much coffee can lead to health problems like heart attack or insomnia.
So, it would be good if we drink it moderately.

I don't really drink coffee but as what others mentioned, it has its ups and downs. Caffeine is good to increase your energy because it's a pick-me-up kind of drug found in coffee and tea which helps you wake up or give that burst of energy. But then there's the bad side because caffeine can be an addictive drug that will cause people to consume so much coffee or tea that it will ruin their health.

I used to think that drinking coffee is unhealthy and it is a bad thing to do.
Nowadays, I have changed my mind. I try to drink coffee in my sleepy day and it help me a lots.
I feel awake after I drank coffee so I thing drinking coffee is not a bad thing to do.

I have to say that it is absolutely bad to drink coffee. The reason why I say this is that you will gain something that you don't want such as heart attack. I have experienced a little heart attack after drinking coffee. Right now, I haven't drink coffee for many years now because I can still remember that time of drinking it. Right now, I am drinking milk every day because milk is the best thing to help you to cure your pain of work in your life.

Drinking coffee has its own advantages and disadvantages.
For those advanjtages are it reduces risk of cancers, reduces risk of stroke, protects your body and brain and coffee brightens your mood, helps fight depression and lowers risk of suicide.
For those disadvantages are it can be toxic, it can cause insomnia and restlessness and etc.

Drinking coffee is the best thing to wake me up during the day.
I've heard that it's not really good for your health.
Actually, coffee whitener, as we call them coffeemate, and sugar are the most dangerous ingredient for your body.
Black coffee is one of the good choice to drink.

Personally, I think drinking coffee is bad because it causes illness.
I konw that is bad however, I still drink it because I want to be fresh.

I had search on Google about the benefits of drinking coffee because I had known only the bad results of drinking it. Suddenly, I found that there are benefits and also in-benefits of drinking coffee. That website said if we drink many cups per day. It is also high in antioxidants but, if we drink it appropriately, it can enhance brain function and boost Metabolism.

I do not prefer​ coffee because​ its taste.
I don't​ like bitter however, I like​ its smell.
So I​ think​ coffee​ is good if you just drink for health and not be addicted.

General speaking, coffee contains both advantages and disadvantages. However, I have never tasted it because it is more disadvantageous in a long run. My mother, for instance, always drank a cup of coffee every day. Now she is experiencing lots of health problems. As a result, I don't want to drink it at all.

Actually, there are both good and bad advantages for drinking coffee. Drinking coffee helps us to stay awake and active. Besides, it is needed for our students lives and also even officers. I personally do not like to drink coffee at all. I rarely drink coffee nowadays. I will drink coffee when I feel that I really needed.

Coffee has both a good side and a bad side drinking it. It is good for me when I need to stay awake in the morning or when I want to concentrate on something. The bad side is that it contains caffeine which is not good for our health in longterm.

When I was a second year student, I drank a lot of coffee.
But now I sometimes drink a cup of coffee because I know that too much amount of caffein is not good to my health.
You should drink it appropriately also.

As I am a coffee lover. I drink coffee almost every day. However, coffee has both positive and negative effects to human healths. For the positive, when I drive coffee, I feel energetic. It helps people get along with friend better. Moreover, It also boosts my digestive system. For negative, coffee can be toxic. it can cause sickness, headache or a general bad feeling if you drink too much.

Well, in my point of view I think drinking coffee daily can boosts your energy to do lots of things on that day. But it depends on what kind of coffee you drink. Black coffee is good to drink daily but another kind which contain lots of sugar and milk may bring you to be hight sugar and may be cause many health problem too.
