I think that it is very difficult to live without using the internet. Everything would be much more difficult. In daily life, I have to use the internet to do my works. I need to contact friends and others for works. The internet helps me a lot to live conveniently. I can know what I want to know by searching the information from any websites. It is easier to shopping online by using applications or websites. Moreover, I can order food delivery when I am hungry. Everything is online that the internet is the main factor.

Absolutely Yes! When I had been in New Zealand, there was a hard rule for me that I really hated it.
I wasn’t allowed to use a phone for 7 months when I was staying there.
And I found that not using a mobile phone can heal my sickness which is depression very well.
It is good that you need to spend time with yourself more than your mobile phone.
