What do you think 7-11 stop giving away plastic bags?

In my opinion, it is very good because it forces me to carry a cloth bag instead of plastic.
It also helps the world reduce unnecessary waste.
Although it's still a new issue and I still don't get used to it,
I believe that not over 6 months, I will familiar with it.

In my point of view, I agree with 7-11 stop giving away plastic bags. Firstly I think 7-11 shouldn't stop giving plastic bags because if you or I buy many products and can not carry so I think the plastic bag is necessary.
However, the plastics bag can make global warming and make the trash in the country.
I think a cloth bag is a good way to stop giving plastic bags because it can reduce the trash also a friendly environment.
Moreover, a cloth bag can carry many products because it is stronger than a plastic bag.

It seems to me that reducing using plastic bag by stopping giving it is a good idea. Plastic bags are harmful to environments and animal habitats. We need to take serious actions on this. I think that 7-11 has made the right decision since it makes people be extra careful before buying things. I usually bring my own bag to the store so that I can carry them more easily. If 7-11 keeps on giving plastic bags, people are not likely to bring their own bags.

It is awesome idea to do that and I think they should have been started this idea like 5 years before now!
It is kind of the trick to people to reduce the used of plastic bags and to reuse the cloth bags.
Since the plastic bags causes many problems and esspecially, the global warming, so the idea to reuse or stop using plastic bags is a great and impossible.
It is also our duty and responsibility to stop using the plastic bags. We can help eac other to protect our environment.

As for me, it is a great campaign in Thailand. Before the campaign was begun, I rejected to the 7-11 cashier when he or she tried to put my pieces of stuff in many plastic bags.I keep telling them to put everything in the same bag so I can help to reduce the plastic bag. After the campaign begins, I really appreciate for that cool campaign. It helps to reduce plastic in Thailand a lot, isn't it?

To my way of thinking, it is one of the best ways that can save not only our environment but also creatures in our world. Plastic bags are the major cause of global warming. Moreover, our world is facing this problem and it still cannot solve. So, stop using plastic bags is the easiest way that everyone can do to save our world.

From my point of view , I agree that the 7- 11 shops are stop giving plastic bags. But I'm still seeing them by giving plastic bags in generally of buying food.
I think it's not at all for the policy. By the way, it's good starting to save our world as much as we can. However, it's better to concern more about climate change.

I think it's a good idea, but not at all. I’d rather ask what the world would be like if we stop throwing things away on the streets, in the rivers or in the sea. Plastic bags are only part of the problem and definitely not the cause, we want to stop things wash up on our beaches or visible in lakes or rivers, we need to stop producing all plastic.

Not really, I have seen some franchises still provide the spare of plastic bags. They should not ask the customer that do they want the plastic bag? and then give it to them. It was a silly question. Well, Plastic bags are harmful to environments. Stopping giving it is a good idea to reduce the trash but it is the indirect problem. However, the real problem is to classify the trash and try to get the benefits from it like the development country system. It would not be successful if people still throw everything in the bin without classifying.

However, I don’t like myself when I forgot to bring my own bag and I really need plastic bag tho.
I was asking foe the bag and the cashier was angry....

I have to say that it is quite a surprise when Seven-Eleven decides to stop giving plastic bags. I think it is a good thing not to give a plastic bag to the customer because they can reduce using a plastic bag. We need to use our knowledge of producing in using a plastic bag by using a cloth bag. See, we can help this world.

I agree with this. I think it’s great!
I started using reusable bags before the ban. I take a bag with me when I go to do shopping.
One thing that has changed is I buy rubbish bags now. Not a big deal, I’m not breaking the bank here. And I buy them as needed, instead of having a drawer or cupboard overflowing with plastic bags.

They are stopping the use of the small plastic bags except for hot food; abolishing plastic cap seals for water bottles; replacing plastic packs for straws with paper packs; and installing bins for waste separation in all 7-Eleven stores, in order to manage garbage from the upstream for the community.
