I rarely have a headache.
When I have a headache, I just sleep.
If I feel not good, I will drink water.
Mostly, it will be better when I wake up.

- massage my neck.
- take some medicine.

Well, headache is the most common body tension for most of us experience. So, These are the trick that may provide some relief.
1. Stop what you are doing, and begin treatment. Don't wait for the headache to get worse.
2. Drink a glass of water or use an ice pack to relieve the tension on your forehead.
3. Take a rest in a quiet and comfortable place
4. If you do not get better, you should take the medicines exactly as prescribed by the doctor.

To go to bed is the best alternative for me, I guess! I have believed that we have a headache just because we are stressed and overthink! So, to stop thinking, I need to go to bed to have a rest! The other way for me is to take medicine to stop it! It might have an impact on our body, but we need to take it to stop the feeling of irritation! I can say that it is very irritating to have a headache!

Personally when I feel headache I would like to take a pill first.
After that I will find something to make me feel forget that I headache such as eating chocolate, watching television.
Then if it does not work I will go to see the doctor.

I have to say that headache is what I must face every day. Each day after exercising, I will always have a headache and there is no medicine that can cure it. The thing that I will do every time to cure my pain is taking a bath. I always have a feeling that taking a bath is the only way that can cool my head down from depression. I use water to stop the fire burning in my head. I have to suggest to you that you should do like I do and you will cool yourself down.

When you have a headache, you need to find out what it's from because many diseases give us a headache. To cure it, you need to know its origin. For example, if your suffering is caused by a cold, you can take a pill and then take a nap. But if you get infected, go to see the doctor! That is the easiest way to cure headache.

My suggestion for dealing with headache is to use cold compress. A cold compress may be a simple headache solution that many people have on hand.
Applying an ice pack or another cold item to the head or neck may help constrict the blood vessels and reduce inflammation in the area.
Therefore, doing so could temporarily relieve headache pain.

Well, when it comes to dealing with a headache, I usually sleep or take pills. I personally think that these are good ways to do when you get a headache. As for me, sleeping could help me get rid of the headache as well. I always avoid taking pills as much as I can. Plus, you can go to see the doctor if those things cannot cure you.

I usually have headache because of stress and smartphone. When I have headache, I try to drink more water and take a rest from using smartphone. If I can't get better, I will take a pill.

Personally, there is only one way for me to deal with headache.
That way is to go to sleep because if I take a pill for that then it iwll give me more headache.
So, only one way to stop it is to sleep.

I think sleeping can help healing the headache. I always sleep when I feel sick or got a headache. It helps me a lot. If I have got a headache when I was in the class, I always close my eyes just 10 or more than 10 seconds to take a short break. I think it can help reduce headaches.

There are how to deal with the headache. As you can know, problems and stressed cause the headache a lot. Almost of people are getting headache by facing the problems. These take you to dangerous Zone like burst in into flames.
There are ways to recover headache.
1. Listen to rain sound.
2. Have a shower

For me.
I will finding something to eat such as Somtam or dessert or cold drink.
And than I will take a medicine which kind of Paracetamon
Go sleep.

For me, the first thing that I do when I have headache is sleeping.
Sleeping helps me a lot when I have a terrible headache sometimes it cause by I didn't get enough sleep.
If it doesn't feel better, I will go to see the doctor and take medicine.

In my personal way, I always take some Paracetamol. Then, I just take a rest.
I normally feel better after I wake up. However, If my temperature doesn't cool down, I usually go to see a doctor at the hospital for protecting myself from the worse case.

Just go to sleep for 2-3 hours.

If I do get my headaches, usually these 3 things work for me:
1. Eat some headache medicine
2. Massage the area in my shoulders or neck where the headache seems to be originated.
3. Sleep/try to sleep and try to think about something complicated.
