Why should we take a nap?
As we have known, sleeping during the day may not be a good thing. It’s working against your biological clock. However, napping during the day can be extremely beneficial. It refreshes your brain and often allows you to sleep shorter during the night, giving you extra time to do what you like. A 20-minute nap can shorten the total amount of sleep you need to even 6 hours, and you will still feel fresh.
