Could you share ways to reduce the anger?
I would like to suggest you reduce anger by practicing progressive muscle relaxation. Progressive muscle relaxation requires you to focus on tensing and relaxing particular muscle groups in your body, so it can help distract you from your feelings of anger. Additionally, it is excellent for relieving anxiety and tension, which can also help alleviate angry feelings. This exercise also works to help you sleep when your thoughts are out of control.

Sometimes, I feel like I want to punch something or destroy something. It is not anger too, it is like the inner rage that I always have. But I never punch anything or destroy anything though, I control it by keeping it inside me all the time.
