WHEN DO YOU USUALLY HAVE DINNER?

I think 18.00-20.00 is the appropriate time for having dinner and dessert.
I would say eating late than 20.00 pm. cause the obisity and it is not necessary for our body. For good health, I recommend you to have dinner before
20.00 pm. and also don't forget to do excercise and eat inside house due to the covid-19

For me, I always have dinner at 8 p.m. Or 9 p.m.
Because I always be tired to go and find something to eat so early after I finish the class. I want to relax or take a shower before finding something to eat.

The best time to eat dinner is 2 -3 hours before bed. And since the idle time to sleep is between 10–11 P.M thus it is a must to eat one’s dinner between 7–8 P.M , and have a walk after that since eating and thereafter sleeping will directly affect your health. So the advisable factor is to eat dinner between 6–8 to let it not affect your health and leaves you with extra energy before sleeping.
