Do you like swiming? Why?

Swimming is hard. While swimming, I always feel that all my muscles must work hard together to keep my body moving through the water, I have to keep moving to make my body floating correctly, and it forces me to exercise with my breath cycle as well since we can't directly get air from the water. But, it always feels like a true exercise for me. So, Yes. I like swimming very much.

Swimming is my favorite sport. Swimming may have the power to help me sleep better at night. I think swimming is a treatment for insomnia. I used to read the article about swimming. It reported that swimming both a boost in quality of life and sleep after engaging in regular aerobic exercise.
