This is what I am trying to do. Because it can literally save my life while being seriously diseased. It sounds easy but actually, it is not. You must know a meditation technique by heart or spend quite a few time to develop your own approach.

No, I don't usually meditate on a daily basis. I can even stay still for like 2 mins. I think people that can meditate are talented. It is so hard to do.

I have to admit to you that I rarely do meditation, although I am a bit religious. I like to go to the temple to help make my mind stay calm, but I sometimes do the meditation. However, it is said that it is good for our mental health to do meditation. Once our mind is uplifted, our body will be in a good condition too. I wish I could do that soon.

Yes, I do. Because of this circumstance, I am trying to do a meditation every day.
I think meditation is a useful activity. I try to do it daily because I cannot do outside.
I could say that it makes me calm and get more concentration.

Personally, it is a way to recharge my batteries and to calm my mind down. Has it ever happened to you? Where your mind has taken over and, therefore, you are not able to take some thoughts out of your head and you feel without energy and even too tired to sleep? Meditating helps us to control our mind and thoughts and turn off our mind when we do not need it anymore.

I think that meditation is a good way to calm ourselves.
However, it's quite hard to do in everyday life.
So, I don't do meditation so often.

Yes, I do. I have some tips for you to do meditation as well. You need to be prepared for mediation. Spend energy and time thinking through and discussing your approach. Consider options, alternatives and "what ifs" in advance.
Next, you should be imaginative. The solutions at mediation often are richer and more varied than that which an adjudicator can provide. Think outside of the box and turn constraints into opportunities. Try to look at the issues through the eyes of the opposite party.

I want to move my body always. I don't to stay still.

Not at all. I know it's​ a good thing​ to do but it's​ quite​ hard.
I used​ to do it when​ I​ go to the​ temple​ with my grand​ma.
I will​ try to practice​ doing​ the meditation.

This is the thing that I tried to do many times.
I want to figure out that, is it true that I will be concentrate with something better if I do meditaion?
However, I failed everytime I tried.

For me, no, I don't.
Although I often go go the temple and make a merit,
I don't like doing meditation.
I think it is mty habit bacause I don't like staying calm.
