How to say No?
Saying NO is very difficult at times. The other person’s request and expectations could be need-based. The other person could be in dire need of help. Before saying Yes or No, we need to assess from the feasibility angle. If it doesn’t cost us considerable money, time or resources, or is reasonable and fair to fulfill from our end, we should do what is needed.

Re: How to say No?
Sometimes, saying NO to refuse to do something is a bit tough. However, I think we need to learn to say no to unnecessary requests. Most of the times, saying no is much better than saying nothing. The one asking for something from us may need the answer so that they can have substitute plans. So, we need to say no to thing that we cannot do because it is better than saying nothing.

Re: How to say No?
When we want to refuse someone, we might feel uncomfortable telling his/her directly.
However, I think we can say no in a gentle and polite way. We can also tell them
more why we say no. It shows that we care for them.

Re: How to say No?
I have a tip for you. You can say no politely by following this way. You don’t always have to explain yourself when telling someone no. Still, it’s often more considerate to provide a straight-up no rather than a non-response, because leaving people wondering tends to read as thoughtless.
