Most name-brand clothing like Polo and Vanguard will last longer than a no-name special from a supermarket. That is why older men normally buy top-end shirts as they have to replace them less.

To me I don’t think its worth buying expensive clothes unless you are going to wear it every time you get a chance to. The only time I would get expensive clothes is if it lasts long,or if it doesn’t rip,or dirty.

It depends on what is of more value to you. The clothing? Or the status attached to the price tag? To a certain point, yes expensive clothing is worth the investment. Clothing that costs more is typically softer so it feels more pleasant against your skin. Also, more care is taken when cutting the fabric. I’m sure you have seen patterned clothing where the seams are glaringly obvious because the pattern on the cloth does not line up at the seam.
