What is your favorite sport? Why?

My favorite sport is Table Tennis. And is one of the most interesting and fascinating games for me . As it is one of the best hand-eye coordinated game and requires not only your physical presence but also your mental presence all the time. It is fast and you need to be quick to response every moment in the game. Also, you need to be fully concentrated during every stroke as the ball needs to be beneath the table in your every time.

My favorite sport is either football or American football. I can play football but I am not good at it at all. American football on the hand, I love to watch but not play because I don't know how to play it and never have an opportunity to play it at all.

My favorite sport is playing badminton. I can improve my health through playing it. I play it about 2 times every week. It makes me feel energetic everyday. I enjoy the feeling that badminton flies in the air. I can change the movement direction of badminton without much effort and make opponent lose it.

I like swimming. There’s enough choice to keep me from becoming bored. Aqua-jogging, sprint work, water aerobics, fitness drills, training aids; every swimming session can be different, allowing me to beat boredom and stay motivated.
I can work out as hard or as gently as I like, making it perfect for competitive swimmers and beginners alike.
