Soda or juice?

Neither one is particularly good for you. Both are essentially sugar water. Juice has trace amounts of other nutrients, but not enough to make it worth drinking when you take into account the amount of sugar you must consume in order to get those nutrients.

I like most of drink! But my favorite drink is fruit juice because I like fruits. They are healthy, fresh and delicious! Especially, I like minute made which is made 100 % of fruits.

For me, soda is my thing. My favorite soft drink is sugar-free Coca-Cola. It helps me refresh my soul from the heavy day but I can't have it much.
It will make me a stomachache. On the other hand, I like home-made juice that I do it myself. I'm not secure to buy it from someone I don't know.

Why I have to choose when I love both of them.
Juice is taste good and it’s good for our health.
Soda makes my life more fresh but it contains a lot of sugar.
