Except wix.com, do you know other website for creating your weblog?

Like wix.com, I want to know other websites or softwares for designing blogs. I've been tried using wix.com to create my blog or online portfolio for few weeks. I began to like this kind of work. To be honest, this project is very challenging and new for me because I had never created any website, and I used to think that creating a website is one of the difficult things I couldn't do.
If you know some, please suggest me.
