It depends on each person. Sometimes, they want attention from others.
Moreoever, lack of skills can be the reason for misbehaviors.

From my perspective, there are many reasons that cause the children to misbehave.
It is up to the situation. Another reason children may misbehave is because their behaviours are accidentally rewarded by adults. An example is when children wait to do something an adult asks of them until the adult's tone of voice increases or that crying and whining gets a parents attention.

In my point of view, I think they didn't know the thing that they do is good or bad so they need to be taught about good things and bad things and tell them about the reason why is it bad or why they should not do like that. Also they will need to be understand and don't ignore them also hurting by using bad words or bad behavior that make them against.

I think maybe they're in the bad environment though.
Environments can affect people so much. If we are in a good place, our mind will be good as well.
So when a child misbeahve, maybe it's because of their parents didn't look after them though.
