Try these suggestions to relax your mind and help you regain control of your thoughts:
- Stay in your time zone: to check in with yourself later in the day to revisit your worries
- Breathe in and out: deep breathing helps you calm down.
- Just do something: stand up, take a walk, or throw away a piece of trash from your desk

In my opinion,relaxing activities can get rid of or distract you from anxiety. There are a lot
of relaxing activities such as listen to relaxing music, practice relaxing yoga, spend time with
pets and paint your imagination. For example, when you feel anxious during work, you may stop
working for a while and find some relaxing activities to do. After that, your anxiety will be away and make you think of other things.

I think I have a very effective way to relieve my anxiety.
I normally find someone to talk to like my brother and my close friend.
I sometimes cry to my friend and tell them what I am worried about.
It depends on how you manage your moods.

For me, when I am anxious about something, I will not always stay at my dorm. I will go to
gym or fitness to make me relaxed. Moreover, I also go to the running field to work out
and run with my friends or other people.

I'm facing this problem almost all the time.
When I have anxiety, I try to calm down by taking a deep breath.
I do not talk to anyone and stay focus on myself.
Most of my anxieties come when I am in a crowded place.
I need to get away for a while to release the anxiety.

when I would like to relax myself, breathing exercise, having a shower
and listening to raindrops sounds are my recommended ways to do. Those techniques are
useful and easy to do. They are a part of my life. I never forget to apply the three
techniques to my daily life when I face with the troubles.

For me, I usually go somewhere by driving a car.
Sometimes, I decided to go to sleep. Like, I want to forget everything.
And sometimes, I shake my legs hardly. I don't know why it's automatically.

Learning relaxation techniques can help you with the mental and physical feelings of fear. It can help just to drop your shoulders and breathe deeply. Or imagine yourself in a relaxing place. You could also try learning things like yoga, meditation, massage.

I always take a deep breath when I have that kind of feeling. I do not talk to anyone and stay focus on myself. Music can also help reduce both the sensation and distress of both chronic pain and postoperative pain.

For me, I think listening to music really helps me when I feel stress.
Also finding the cause that make me feel stress can help too.
I will try to think positive and spend time watching comedy movies.
These things really help me a lot.

Watching a clip of your favorite comedian or blooper reel will help you stop feeling anxious fast. Why? Because you can't laugh and stay anxious at the same time, physiologically.

To get rid of anxiety, you need to go exercising! Go exercising like running or jogging at a park is a key to help you relieve your stress. I always do such whenever I feel stressful and it works very well. You need to try it!

Anxiety seems hard to get away from but I still believe that It's possible to
get away from it. When you feel down, try to surrounded yourself with positive
mind people, eat and drink what do yo want. If all above cannot help you, just
acknowledge what it was happen and let it go. Keep in mind that we are just a little
part of the world, it is hard to control everything.

When I get some anxiety, I always sleep to escape from everything.
When you think it is too hard for you to deal with, you just to fade yourself from it.

The way to get rid of anxiety is watching series on Netflix.
As you know, there are many kinds of series on Netflix.
I will choose some series which can relieve my stress and anxiety.
I sometimes eat sweets to make me happy to deal with this.

Anxiety is not something you can easily deal with. I am dealing with anxiety all the time every day because I am overthinking all the time. I think the best way to deal with anxiety is finding something else to do, to get yourself busy. Even if it seems like a nonsense thing to do, it does really help to get me through a day.
