What do you do to relax yourself?

I sometimes go out and do exercise out door to breathe the fresh air and enjoy the nature.
Actually, I have another way to relax myself. It is to put on makeup on my face.
Creating new several looks of makeup makes me calm and focus, so my stress is always released.

If we do not get adequate sleep, we might have to face health problems.
