What would you make if you had to cook for your family for a day?

You know, I can cook, so it is not hard for me to cook for my family.
The thing is what I am going to cook!
Ummmmm... ok!
I decided to cook Esan food for them,
because most of my family members like to have sticky rice.
I will cook Somtam and Larb for them.

I love to cook so much!!! If I had to cook for my family, I would cook "Shabu" for my family.
Shabu is an important meal that you can get a good relationship because you will face to face with your family and talk about things that happened in your life with them.
Shabu is a big meal that lots of people can join to eat. They will get all of the nutrients in Shabu.

I have to say that I always cook dinner for them whenever I visit them. My parents are out to work and come back at around 6 PM every day. If they are late, they always ask me to cook dinner. Thus, the most favourite menu of mine is Pad Kra Prao and omlette. LOL So easy, right? Hahaha

I have no skill in cooking. I can cook just a basic menu like a fried egg.
I will find how to cook Spaghetti from Google because It seems to be the easiest menu for me.

It is such a difficult question for me because I am not really good at cooking. I think it is edible but it not quite delicious. However, if I have a chance to cook for my family, I will do omelet and fried rice for them in the morning because they are the easiest one. I will cook them omelet again for lunch, and I might cook some plain soup for them for dinner. lol I know it is not that special, but I would love to cook this kind of dishes anyway. lol

My mom said that Somtam that is cooked by me is very tasty.
Every time that I go back home, she always prepare Somtam's ingredients for me.

If I had to cook for my family, I will let my family eat Western food such as pizza or spaghetti.
I think it is easier to cook than Thai food.
