Noodles or rice?

Noodles are delicious, but rice is my choice.
I like to eat rice because it can make me full more than noodles.
When I eat noodles in the morning, I am usually hungry in the late morning again.
So, rice is the best choice for me.

I have to say that I love to eat the rice rather than eating noodles. Rice is the main resource of our energy. Rice is the thing that gives us the power to live on in our lives. We need rice to eat and to live on in our lives. Rice is something that we farmers have to plant it every year and we plant it with hardship so that you all can eat to live on with your life and continue on the day.

For today,  I would love to say that I would want to have rice rather than noodles. 
Every single day,  my meals will include noodles. Today,  I want to have normally rice for myself.

Personally, I don't like to eat instant noodles because there are many bad effects on myself
1.Effect On Body's Metabolism. When consuming noodles every day, it will affect the metabolism of the body due to the accumulation of toxic substances.
2.Interfere With Digestion.
3.Lacking Nutrients.
4.Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
5.Noodles Are High In Sodium.
6.Propylene Glycol.
7.Weight Gain.

I would say that I love to eat rice.

I would say I love noodles.
Especially egg noodles.
I can have noodles 3 meals a day but I cannot have 3 meals of rice a day I actually don't know why.

Absolutely, Rice! Rice is my favorite food and I love eating rice so much. Noodles are not my thing.
I love dishes made of rice such as fried rice, or chicken rice. I could eat them every day.

For me, I prefer noodles. When I go to the restaurant, I always order the noodles menu.
I love many types of noodle dishes but if I have to choose only a few of them, I will choose Spicy Tom Yam pork noodle soup with lemongrass, chilly pasted and lime juice. It's so tasty! Sometimes, Instant noodles are the best choices because anyone can make it and they are so handy.
