If i can choose, I would say neither because
I don’ t like wearing glasses and contact lenses
but I am a myopia well I prefer wearing glasses.
I am scare of wearing contact lenses so much.
I usually think that if I forget to take out contact lenses it will makes me blind because I am a forgetful person. hahaha

In my point of view, I think it depends on the situation because when I exercise and dance I like to use contact lenses because it is comfortable. Normally I like to use glasses because it is easy to wear I can wear it all the time whenever I want but contact lenses are difficult to wear also it can use only 8 hours per day.
So, I prefer glasses to contact lenses.
