What is your favorite Thai festival?

Loy Krathong festival is my favorite Thai festival. I'm from Chiangrai where is the northern province of Thailand. For the northern provinces of Thailand, they are famous in Loy Krathong festival. Loy Krathong festival is called 'Yi Peng festival' in the local areas. Many tourists enjoy Loy Krathongs or Yi Peng festival in the northern provinces a lot. Although I am not living in Chiangrai right now, I still miss the atmosphere of this festival in my hometown. I like the way Krathongs float in the river and the way lanterns float in the air and decorate the sky with orange light.

My favorite Thai festival is Boon Pha Wade in Roi-Et province.
It's is very big and interesting festival. There are many event to do such as listening to sermon or watch the Thai traditional costume parade. I think it is the wonderful festival in North-Eastern part of Thailand.

For me, my favorite Thai festival is Songkran because I always go to Nakhon Phanom province to respect my grandfather and grand mother.
So, in the past Songkran is the New Year’s national holiday. People always go to pay respectful to father, mother, grandfather, grandmother or whatever. But in the present, we know Songkran is waterfall festival and this festival has many problem and pollution.
I think we should do like the past that we have to pay respectful to the person who admire you.

Well... I would like to say my favorite Thai festival is Loy Krathong. I enjoy eating food around the area that held this festival. I love seeing the floating lanterns fill the sky with the light. It looks like thousand stars in the darkness sky. I know that floating lanterns will damage the environment around the area that people float it. Moreover, the Krathongs will damage the rivers and nature around that area.

My favorite Thai festivals are New Year festivals and Songkran festivals.
I love New Year festivals because I will have long holidays which I usually travel to somewhere with my family.
However, New Year festivals always comes with accidents which make me feel worried.
I like Songkran festival because I think it is one of fun festivels in Thailand. However, I don't play splashing water anymore.
Anyway, every festival in Thailand always comes with accidents, so, be careful if you travel to anywhere whenever it 's time for festivals.

My favorite Thai festival is the Songkran Festival because there is a lot of days off at this festival. Songkran is an important tradition and has been passed down for a long time. Moreover, the Songkran festival is considered to be Thai New Year as well. There are many activities for this festival for example, splashing water for each other. For instance, sprinkle water onto a Buddha image. But, l love this moment when l live with my family this is importantly highlighted for this festival.

During Songkran Festival there is Family Day.
This day is my favourite because I can spend time with my parents at home.
In Songkran Festival, I would not like to enjoy with water festival but I enjoy with being together with my parents.

My favorite Thai festival is Songkran festival. I think this festival is a great idea because people can enjoy even if the weather is hot. Songkran festival is my beloved festival because my family members will go back to my hometown. We celebrate with delicious foods and karaoke. Sometimes, my cousins and I dance together. In day time, I used to play and enjoy with water, but now I prefer stay inside. The last day of Songkran festival, my family and I will go to temple to make a wish and wash Buddhist statues and meet some of my old friends. It is always joyful and missing moment.

For me, my favorite Thai festival is Songkran Festival. It is my special day because my friends and I will come back to hometown and group together in this day. We will walk around the town to splash the water and have lunch together. And in the evening, my family will be together and celebrate by barbecue. In addition, it is my special day because it is my birthday as well. I am so happy and it is my special time I have ever had in Songkran Festival.

For me, I have two favorite Thai festivals. The first is New Year. I love the celebration of this festival. It is like the new beginning. When people count from 10 to 1 and then say Happy new year, I feel that something new is going to happen. Even though I can’t go outside to celebrate, I can see the fireworks through the windows. I also love the weather in winter season. The second is Songkran festival. I can spend time with my family and go to temple to make merit together. This festival is the time for family.

In my personality, My favorite festival is Song Kan because i can make a lot of friends by splash water to them. This festival will annually hold on march, so it symbolizes that is holiday for me. Every year, I will always back to my hometown to meet my big family on Song Karn’s Day.

Absolutely, Songkran Festival! During the festival, I have around 3-4 days staying at my home. Actually, I don't like going outside or splashing water during the festival. But I literally love this festival since all my family members spend time and live together. During the Songkran festival, I and my family do lots of activities together such as cooking, watching TV, and traveling. I really love the moments we do these activities. I virtually love spending time with my family. That's why I prefer Songkran Festival to other festivals.

For me, I love water festival or in Thai we called Songkran!!! This is the biggest, longest and most fun festival in Thailand and maybe in the world! Songkran is a three-day water fight throughout the whole country. I can splash water on anyone who passes without being angry.

Songkran festival is one of my favorite festivals.
As we know The Songkran festival is New Year's Day of Thailand.
On the day the most people will have Rot Nam Dam Hua with elder and most Thai people go back home to meet their elders.

When I was young I love splashing water with my friends but nowadays I do not have free time to joy this festival because I have to sing with my music band during the festival but I never sad because I can make money from my work.
