What is your injurious food?

It is daily product espeacially cow's milk. I cannot drink cow's milk because I can't digest cow's milk. When I drink it, I will immediately diarrhea. I can say that I am allergic to cow's milk.

I think for me , mine injurous food is cheese.
I can eat cheese but I can't eat it too much.
If I eat cheese moe than 2 times at once then I will get sick.
I will get fever after eat that thing twice at a time.

I have to say that I can eat anything if I have to eat to survive. The most injurious food in my life would be every food that includes fish on the menu. Fish is harmful to me because I hate the fish bones that can pierce through my tongue. I really hate to eat fish because of its complexity of eating it.
