I would say that I can control my emotions well so that I never worry about anger. When I am enraged, I always stay still. Some of you might say how I can do that. Because of my emotion management, I always smile to those keeping complaining or blaming on me. So, what about you?

For me, it’s hard not to control my anger when I'm in a difficult situation. I always control my breathing.
I will be able to relax my body and calmly release any intense emotion that was possibly about to explode and get in the way of my judgment.

I think I'm not good at controlling my anger. When I feel angry or frustrated my face always shows it and my friends will know immediately. I try to control my anger and be a calm person. They said when you feel angry try counting 1-10 slowly until your anger is gone. I think I have to try it!

Most of the times, I think I can manage my anger! If what makes me angry is not serious, I can control myself, I guess! However, if that repeatedly happens, I think I can be so cruel that the relationship breaks down! I do not scold at others without logical reasons! I do not consider myself the center of the universe or the first priority. Instead, I consider other people my first priority! As a result, those who can makes me furious must be too hard to be healed.

When I am angry, I will leave the things that make me angry or uncomfortable. Normally, I am the one who likes to overthink about something and overthinking makes me angry. I will leave the place or the thing that makes me angry. I like to be alone when I get anger.

Not really well.
It is because I cannot control my feeling right away.
So, I say that it’s not that well.
I don’t like myself being angry but I cannot even control.
Some people would hate me about this reason.

I be able to manage your anger in some situations and not others. I have a few strategies that work for me, however, I'll benefit from a better understanding of what causes my anger, and what actions I can take to better manage my emotions.

To be honest, I am not really good at that.
Anyway, I am a quiet person, so when I am angry then they will not know that.
When I am angry I can't even control my facial expression.
It i very easy to see but as I am quiet then nithing much would happen.

I am not really good at that but I've been trying.
For me, the first thing I will do with my anger is I will take a deep breath.
Then, I will go away from that person.
If it still do not make me feel better, I will find out something to eat.

I would like to accept the truth that I cannot control my range when I got angry. I try to hard to control my angry, but at last it isn't good enough. There are always some things that broken when I cannot control myself. To be honest, I feel sorry at last when I did like that, and I would cry a lot after my angry passed already. I would feel sorry for everything that I had done as always.

For me, the best effective way to control my anger is to stay silent.
Staying silent is not the way to escape the problems, but it is the way to think more about it.
Moreover, I always count one to ten to keep myself calm.

I am quite good at it. I can control myself.
When I am angry, I always tell myself that it will be better.
I tell my self that "Can I accept the effects that will occur in the future because of my anger?".

When I am angry, I try to speak as less as I can and smile more.I will think over and over again before speaking because I afraid that I will say something silly. These are the ways that I always use to control myself. Taking a deep breath can also help as well.
