How often do you eat instant noodles?

These days, I have been trying to stop eating instant noodles since they may cause negative effects to my health. However, I cannot achieve it since they are so yummy, LOL Normally, I eat instant noodles once or twice a month. When I have no money, instant noodles can be one of the best alternatives. LOL It can help me save my money. If my financial condition is not in crisis, I will avoid having instant noodles. How about you?

I love the fragrant smell, the delicious taste and the springy texture of the noodle strains.My favorite brand is Mama noodles, especially the tom yum and chicken flavor.

you not to eat it so much due to its harmfulness.
