I spend much of my time with Facebook. I visit Facebook everytime I grab my phone.
I don't know why I have to do that. It's really bad habit.
Checking on people is my favorite thing to do, I guess.

Normally, I am not on Facebook very long. Mostly I use Instagram and Twitter more very often.
On average, I use Facebook for about 1 hour per day and sometimes less than this.
In my thought, I have a view that the more I am on Facebook, the more I get stressed.
I don't know the actual reason. May be the different lifestyle of many people in Facebook application.

I don't even know how much time I spend on Facebook. I often use Facebook only on my phone and the time screen showed that I spent only 12 mins on average a day. I rarely use Facebook, in contrast, I spend much time on Twitter and Instagram. I am bored using Facebook. Twitter and Instagram provide only content that I interested in.

I used to use Facebook all the time when I had free time. But now, I rarely use Facebook. I try to do something people called ‘social detox’. When I used Facebook, I felt like I was stressed inside. I don’t know why neither. So, nowaday, I rarely use Facebook. When I used it, I just pressed the bottom like for some posts, Then, I exit the app and use another app instead. I think facebook is not my place. Lol.

Since I have subscribed to many different pages concerning learning English, I have to gain access to the account to learn English vocabularies, grammatical rules, and news in English! I do intend that I can get familiar with those issues in learning English. The other purpose of using Facebook is contact with groupmates for work and assignments. Without Facebook, we may have difficulty getting together for work!
