No, I’m not.
Honestly I am so lazy to talk or try to find something to talk.
I always talk just when I be with my close friends, I want to talk with them and make them fun.
If I stay with someone else, I can keep in silence all day.

However, I know when not to talk also.
I mean I'm a talkative person but I do have a good manner.

It depends on who am I talking with. Normally, I don't usually talk to a friend that I am not close to. On the other hand, when I am with my close friend I do talk a lot. I always feel nervous when talking to a stranger.

A person who is talkative likes to talk
I am friendly and ready to gab at all times about just about anything. We all have conversations, but some people enjoy talking more than others: those people are talkative. They find it easy to strike up a conversation, unlike others who may be shy.

It depends on who I'm talking with or what's the topic to talk about. I would say that I'm a talkative person when I'm with my best friends and the topic is interesting. If someone comes to my conversation with my best friends, he or she won't believe that the talkative person is me. To sum up, I'm not stuck up. I just like to talk with my comfort zone.
