Anyway, when I eat meat I usually eat with vegetables to make it more delicious!

No, I am not. Anyway, I have dreamed to be an vegetarian one day. I even searched for more information about how to start to be a vegetarian. I think that eating healthy like the vegetarian will helps me to stay happy and also live longer. I read many articles which reported that people who eat healthy like the vegetarians have a stable life. I really want to be like that when I get older in the future. I will search more information and decide to follow it.

I eat plenty of meat, more than is generally healthy. But I have little choice, because I have gastrointestinal issues that limit the amount of fiber and vegetables I can consume. As a result, my options are rather restricted. I believe that meat is healthier than white flour and a lot of starch. So, my diet is not particularly healthy. Just as healthy as I can manage to make it.
