For me, I usually sleep 6hrs per day or less when i have a class in the next day.
But when i have no class i usually sleep 8hrs or more. I didn't set a clock you know.
Sometimes i do, but i always wake up before my alarm clock though. Haaa

For me, I usually sleep for 7 hours per day or less depend on what time I go to bed and what time I have to wake up. I want myself to have enough sleep. When I have enough sleep, I can do every thing with a happy mood and it is not feel so tried. Also enough sleep makes my face look more healthy.

For me, I usually sleep 5-6 hours when I have to go to classes. On the other hand, I usually sleep 7-10 hours on the weekends or holidays.
I do like that to do a compensation on my biological clock. I don't think that is good for my health but I do my best.

In my personality, It depends on my works.
When I have a pile of assignment, of course, I would sleep so late.
Over the night, there are four hours for my sleeping.
If there are a whale of time, I treat my face to be soft.
After that, I have a lot of time to sleep about over ten hours.

I sleep for 6-7 hours per day, but sleep for 7-8 hours is better for me.
I like to sleep since I was young. My mom always told me that I can sleep for whole day.
And now I does not have time that much to sleep.

It really depends on your age here is is a good guide….
- Newborns (0-3 months ): Sleep range narrowed to 14-17 hours each day (previously it was 12-18)
- Infants (4-11 months): Sleep range widened two hours to 12-15 hours (previously it was 14-15)
- Toddlers (1-2 years): Sleep range widened by one hour to 11-14 hours (previously it was 12-14)
- Preschoolers (3-5): Sleep range widened by one hour to 10-13 hours (previously it was 11-13)
- School-age children (6-13): Sleep range widened by one hour to 9-11 hours (previously it was 10-11)
- Teenagers (14-17): Sleep range widened by one hour to 8-10 hours (previously it was 8.5-9.5)
- Younger adults (18-25): Sleep range is 7-9 hours (new age category)
- Adults (26-64): Sleep range did not change and remains 7-9 hours
- Older adults (65+): Sleep range is 7-8 hours (new age category)

For me, around 5-7 hours that I sleep per day
I always sleep late at night and I wake up so late too.
