Do you usually sleep before midnight?

I used to sleep before midnight when I was a junior, but right now I do not have a chance to sleep before midnight. I try to sleep before that time but I cannot. I think it becomes my routine sleeping late already. It makes my under eyes turn black and my health is weaker than it used to be. It is really bad sleep late.

But now i rarely go to sleep before midnight though. I think it's kind a bad habbit though.

I tried but I failed. Sleep before midnight is good. It is to do with circadian rhythm (our body’s biological clock), which is about our various organ’s working. If we do not align our sleep cycle with that of natural light (matters, as this is the major source of light for our body and artificial light, can be considered as negligible), it can cause a lot of problem to different parts of our body.
