In my opinion, if you are preoccupied with thoughts of food because you're bored, then find something else you enjoy doing in the evening. This will help keep your mind occupied.
Finding a new hobby or planning evening activities can help prevent mindless late-night snacking.

You need to have enough dinner. And if it's not work and you still hungry at night, so you have to sleep to stop the feeling of hungry.

Don't Keep food in the room
If you are prone to eating high-fat, high-sugar junk food at night, remove it from your room. If unhealthy snacks aren't within easy reach, you are much less likely to eat them. Instead, fill your house with healthy food that you enjoy. Good snack-friendly foods to have available if you get hungry include fruits, berries, and plain yogurt.

The only way that you can stop eating at night is to be able to control yourself. The reason why I say this is that you are the reason that you eat at night. It is you who looks for something in the refrigerator in the middle of the night looking for something to eat. If you really want to stop eating at night, you have to start with yourself first.

I am a person who usually eating at night. Eating at night is a bad habit and I know it but I cannot stop doing it haha. However, I will try to stop it because this semester my weight is gain up. I think eating at night can make me fat also. So, I will stop and avoid eating at night from today><

I would say that I try to drink lots of water when I hungry at night.
I think drinking lots of water can stop eating at night. Anyway, you should sleep before midnight. This way, we can stop eating at night.

The most effective way to stop eating at night is trying to sleep early.
Although, this way seems difficult to do because of the assignments or somethings to do.

For me, sleeping is the best choice to make me stop eating.
And playing games can stop me from eating too.
However, I recommend sleeping when you want to stop eating at night.

For me, I don’t know how to stop eating at night. Recently, I have been addicted to eat at night. I often go to 7-11 at night when I am hungry. I am often hungry at 11 p.m. I cannot resist the hunger of myself so, I ride my motorcycle to go to 7-11. I know that it is not good to eat at night. I try so hard to stop being like this.

There 3 things that I have discovered.
- Going to bed early can help you a lot.
- Drinking water whenever you are hungry.
- Chewing a gum.
You should try once when you are hungry at night.
You will know that it really help you!

Eating at night is a bad habit is good for your body sometimes you can cause health problems. I will give you my best tips to help you change this bad habit and finally regain control over food.
- Eat enough during the day
- Avoid eating or drinking a lot of sugar at dinner time
- Drink water when you feel hungry.

Sleeping is the best way to stop eating at night.
It is hard to stop eating at night especially at midnight time. I am the one who sometimes cannot control myself from eating at night. So I try to sleep to run away from foods.

For me, the best way to avoid eating at night is sleeping. If we sleep we will forget our hungriness. Or If we can’t sleep, drinking water may help reduce hungriness also.

Personally, I think it is really hard to stop eating at night since I sleep really late and It causes me to be hungry. The best way for me to avoid eating at night is by going to bed and sleep. If you cannot stop yourself then just going to bed and sleep.

It is very difficult to stop eating at night.

Going to bed early is the best way to stop eating at night.

I used to eat at night every day, I got my self out of that habit by eating bigger meals on a daily basis.
I usually find a way to have bigger meals throughout the day and eat only when I'm actually hungry, instead of eating because I feel like eating.

I think it is really hard to stop eating at night but It is possible to do.
You may sleep early in order to avoid hunger.

I try to stop eating at night by not going to buy food anymore because when I went to the shop or the super market, I always grab some snack
and some chocolate to eat in the midnight. So, stop doing like that. I recommend you to eat fruit or vegetable
instead if you want eating at night.
