In my opinion, I always watch YouTube, OKWEGO channel. It helps me
relax and relive some sadness. It's a channel about traveling with friends.
I have so much fun and knowledge from this channel. Besides, I want to
follow them to go where they had been.

If I feel sad or disappointed, I will take a deep breathe.
After that, I will find out something to eat such as chocolate bar or fruits.
Sometimes, I cry a lot until there's no tear left to cry.

Sleeping is the best way to relieve the sadness.
It helps me forget the world for a while.
And when I wake up I found that the sadness vanishes.
I suggest everyone. If you have the sadness, sleep can solve.

Personally, when sadness comes, our mind should be stronger and stronger.
Yes, for me I think that sadness is so scary but not the most because I think I can deal with it by following these steps:
1. Accept that you are facing with sadness.
2. Try to think about it and solve it.

I would say that playing games can heal my sadness.
When I play games, I can erase all sadness and fulfill it with joy.

In my opinion, crying is the best way to release all of your sadness and sorrow. I totally understand that someone will have many depression and hope at the same time, so it is quite hard to release your depression to people around you. You can only say YES and smile accept all the pains as usual.

If I am sad, I will talk to someone who can listen to my sad story. It helps me to relieve my sadness and makes me feel better to release what I am suffering in my heart to someone.

For me, the ways that can relieve my sadness away are music, tv show, and series. Music can release my tension by listening favorite song. I will feel relax and comfortable to do things so I can relieve my sadness away. Besides music, tv show and series are great comfort which reduce my stress and help me to forget about my sadness. These are the ways that I use to mange my sadness.

The best way to relieve my sadness is to find activities to do and funny things to watch, and stop doing serious things. Normally, I am a person who like listening sad song. If I am sad, I will stop listening them. I will change to listen to love songs. I will find funny video to watch. I will try to think less.

I have many ways to relieve stress such as
- go to bed and sleep
- chill with my friends
- eat some snacks
These are the ways that make me happy when I get stress.
That's why I getting fat because I eat and sleep a lot lol.

Well, I think I have a solution for this question because I used to stuck with sadness around a week. I think
that it was the worst time for my life and I didn't even know why I got that emotion. The way that I use to get out of
the sadness was talking with my family, my friend and my boyfriend and they were cheering me up.

When the sadness knocks my door. I need to find the way to get rid off it.
The way I myself relaxed is various. I always find something I can do for relaxing because I have much pressure to hold on. These are the activities I love to do as the following;
1. Watch the series or movies
2. Listen to classic music
3. Play the games
4. Eat my favorite food

I usually turn on some sad songs to relieve my sadness away.
I think this way is the best way for me to just let my emotions be in the way it want to be. After that, I will find a delicious food to eat. Or sometimes, I will lay myself on my bed and turn on music loudly.

When I'm sad, I will try to not be alone in my room to meet my friends outside. Every time I have a problem, I try to consult my friends because my friends always give me good advice. Besides that, I can consult my family and I can consult my loved ones. They are very good to me, I am very happy to have them by my side all the time.

When I am sad, I will call my friends to go hang out.
Sometimes I go to the cinema to watch movies alone.
And sometimes I will drive a car on the road while playing loud music.
And when I am very very sad, I will cry out, it helps me feel better.

Personally, I think when I feel sad I like to listen to favorite songs and drive a car to somewhere. I ignore everything and spends my time with the environment around me. Then sadness disappear. I think sadness come fast and go fast too. Everything depends on thinking. Positive thinking is the best way.

For me, sadness can be the result of loss, helplessness, or disappointment, among many other things.
It is hard to deal with it but there are possible ways.
Things, people, events, they just come and go, nothing really lasts forever and the same with your not so happy feelings. What I usually do when I feel like my world is coming to an end, and yes, that happens to me too, it to think of a time when I was down, a time when I felt really sad and blue, a time when I felt like the whole world would come to an end, and I had no way to escape, and I use that as proof that what my mind is telling me is not always true.

Whenever I feel sad I always watch memes videos or any memes related content because it gives me a good laugh or even just a chuckle which is fine. Another thing is listening to the song that I like or playing video games with my friends.

Remember, it’s OK to be sad sometimes. There are some ways you can help yourself be OK with feelings of sadness, It’s OK to let it out: cry, yell, sob… whatever helps you to vent those feelings.

First of all, you need to find the cause of your sadness then you can find the solution later. There are many ways to deal with it such as exercise or find some hobbies to do. Don't let yourself feel lonely and hopeless. Find someone to talk with or go hang out yourself or with friends. It is okay to be sad but you should not let it overcomes yourself.
