For me, there are many things that I use to relieve my sadness away which depends on the situation as well.
Here are some that I use: listen to sermon, listen to music, go shopping, travel to somewhere, watch movie, do exercise and hang out with friends.
The important thing is avoiding yourself from your free because it will make us feel more sadness.

In my way, I just do another thing to relieve my sadness such as listening to the music, play sports, go shopping.
Normally, I have this feeling just when I have a lot of assignments to do.
Because I am a happy person, I try not to have sadness.

The first thing that I often do when I feel sad is sleeping.
I thing, It helps me to boost my mood and refresh my thought.
Another way is eating. I use this way when I can not sleep at that moment.

For me, I don't really feel sad that much I mean I don't really give a sh**t of some people or something that makes me feel sad, but I would say if I feel sad I will sleep. I think sleeping is the best way to run out of the true world. Just close your eyes and stay with yourself it is the best way of mine.

Such as watching animes, listening to musics, drawing pictures and reading manga.

I can't answer which way would be able to heal me from sadness certainly.
What I can do best is to do what I like, whether it is listening to my favorite musics, watching TV, watching movies.
One thing that can make me recover from sadness is to be with my loved ones, such as my parents, friends and my bf.

I sometimes think that relieving sadness is quite hard to do. However, things I could do when I am sad are:
-Watching a funny movie or stupid videos on YouTube or Twitter. It could help me feel better when I watch such videos.
-Having delicious desserts. This way could help me a lot to cope with sadness. When I have my favorite dessert, a pudding fruit salad, I stop thinking about everything, just focus on eating it.

I always watch the video on Youtube and go to bed.
I love to listen to music and watch the video before going to sleep.
It can relieve me from the sadness of a hard day and make me sleep easier.
It gives me a feeling of relaxation.

When I feel sad I usually listen to music and watching Youtube in my room.
I don’t like to go out side but sometimes I go hangout with my friends.
Eating some favorite dessert also help me to release my sadness too.

How I relieve my sadness away is crying.
Sometimes, I just think that we have to express what we feel and accept it. Once we can accept how we feel, we can go though it. If we feel sad, just express like you are sad not pretending to be not sad.

When it becomes a sad zone, I know myself.
So I usually don't think about it too much and be with other people to talk with.
Sometimes I go to the gym to exercise like cardio and boxing and meet other people.

If I have sad or feel sad, I will find something to do in order to forget the sadness.
Activities that I enjoy doing when I feel sad are listening to music, watching comedy shows and ghost shows and reading novels.
I think that sadness and happiness are in our mind and sometimes we can just ignore the sadness in order to keep ourself be happy.

In my experience, The key point is to distract my mind with anything else that would absorb my attention. Getting to do something interesting, such as listening to music, watching a movie, shopping, and reading novels, surely helps me. Sometimes, crying is a better way to relieve the sadness. Don't try to stay strong all the time.

It's hard to relieve sadness away, but it's possible. From my experiences, I have tried many ways to relieve my sadness.
These are what I have gotten from my own experiences.
1. You have to accept that the bad situation already happens.
2. Bring yourself out of the place that makes you feel sad.
3. Live your life as happy as you can.
4. Let the time bring your sadness away.
To be honest, the 1st step is very important because you will be unable to relieve your sadness if you cannot accept the truth.

For me, talking about my sadness with my friends is one of the ways that I can relieve my sadness. I believe that they can improve my bad feeling and they can find other ways to heal my bad feeling. For example, going somewhere to forget the bad things or the sadness. However, if you are facing the sadness right now, please find the right way to deal with it.

Sometimes, it's better to make everything easier by letting myself cry.
Another thing that I do is avoiding seeing something which can hurt my feeling.
I always tell myself that "This too shall pass".
It means that everything will be gone both of sadness and happiness.

I have friends who always update everything in life with me.
We always keep in touch. When I am sad, I will share it with them.

For me, I just stay with myself and find something to do. When I have something to do, I will focus on that thing only.
So, I will forget about the sad story for awhile. Also, a funny or joke story always can relieve my sadness away.

First of all, you need to find the cause of your sadness then you can find the solution later. There are many ways to deal with it such as exercise or find some hobbies to do. Don't let yourself feel lonely and hopeless. Find someone to talk with or go hang out yourself or with friends. It is okay to be sad but you should not let it overcomes yourself.

Think more positively and smile to yourself. I believe that everyone has passed the sad and unhappy moment.
We all have different ways to deal with our sadness like eating a lot, watching movies or listening to music.
I can recommend you to have someone to listen to your problems. Having someone to listen to you is a way to feel better, I believe.

For me, I will start from telling myself not to think too much and clam down. If I have a bad feeling, I will think that it will be better and everything is going to be alright. The sadness will pass by and I will be finally find. The time will does its work and also need to be positive with myself. I believe that the happiness will come after the sadness. I just need to wait for it. A good song or music is also helpful.
