I have read some tricks about "how to sleep better at night?". I want to share some tricks as follows:
1. Stick to a sleep schedule of the same bedtime and wake up time, even on the weekends. This helps to regulate your body's clock and could help you fall asleep and stay asleep for the night.
2. Practice a relaxing bedtime ritual. A relaxing, routine activity right before bedtime conducted away from bright lights helps separate your sleep time from activities that can cause excitement, stress or anxiety which can make it more difficult to fall asleep, get sound and deep sleep or remain asleep.
3. If you have trouble sleeping, avoid naps, especially in the afternoon. Power napping may help you get through the day, but if you find that you can't fall asleep at bedtime, eliminating even short catnaps may help.
There are just simple steps to follow. You can find more if you have a sleep problem.

If I can’t sleep at night, I will find movies, music or funny clips to watch or listen. They can help me a lot. I found that listening to rainy sound is very helpful for people who are hard to sleep. Sound of the rain can also relax me. You can try this way if you can’t sleep.

How possible to make myself feel sleepy in the moment that I don’t want to sleep at all?
I am the person who sleeping late so I cannot tell you how eaither.
I can only tell you how to stay awake instead.
LOL. It is that you have to sleep in the morning and you will stay awake all night.

When I need to sleep but I cannot, I use to do many things. But there are 3 things that usually work:
1. Drink milk; I usually drink warm milk before go to bed, it’s really help to fall asleep easily.
2. Listen to music; listening to some slow music or the sound of the rain usually make me sleepy.
3. Reading books; this way always make me feel sleepy.

I will normally spend my time on Yuutube.
I will go there and serch for rain drop sound.
Then I will volume up the audio and listen to it untill I fall asleep.

I will turn off the light as dark as possible.
Then, I will listen to the easy-lisening songs.
Lastly, I will think nothing. I will free my mind as much as possible.

I’ve always found boiled water with a hint of lemon juice to help me feel sleepy. When finished I lay in my bed in total darkness, maybe even do a little stretching or mild exercise beforehand to get my mind and body tired. You could even read a book, with as little light as possible in the room.

I had experienced that moment a lot! The thing that I usually do to help myself to sleep easily is listening to music. I think the rhythm and melody of music can make me feel sleepy. So, I usually turn on my favorite playlist before going to bed.

When I can’t sleep at night, I usually listen to my favorite songs.
Sometimes, I play a game or read a novel in Dek-D until I feel asleep.
Many times, I just keep closing my eyes, and I don't know when I fall as sleep.

In my opinion, I would like to recommend that if I cannot sleep at night, I will turn on the kinds
of music on my smartphone. The kinds of music can always help me sleep at night well when I
cannot sleep. I like to listen to kinds of musical classic songs.

Well, I have to say that sometimes I cannot sleep even though it is so late for me to sleep. The things that I will do are cover my whole body with a blanket and listen to relaxing music. Covering my whole body with a blanket can make my body sweat and I can sleep peacefully. Listening to relaxing can relax my mind from the crazy world.

I suggest you disconnect from close-range electronic devices such as laptops, phones, and tablets, as the light from their screens can alert the brain and make it harder to fall asleep. In order to calm your mind, do a breathing or relaxation exercise.

I usually listen to ghost radio that talks about horror or ghost story.
Anyway, reading abstract books can make me feel sleepy.

Honestly, I still don't know how to make myself feel sleepy when I have to sleep.
It is very bad because I can't sleep at night nowadays, then I might go to class late or I might be tired in the class.

For me, I’ll turn on my music playlist and close my eyes in the same time.
I would like to recommend Sam Kim’s song, I think his song can make you feel sleepy lol.
Or I’ll turn on some podcasts, close my eyes, and then I’ll have a nice sleep with my earphone.

Commonly, I'm a person who is easily asleep but, sometimes, it's difficult to sleep if I have many things to think. The best way to solve this problem for me is that I always listen to relaxing musics or read textbooks.

I might dim the lights in the room slightly for an hour or before bed. I need to disconnect from close-range electronic devices such as laptops, phones, and tablets, as the light from their screens can alert my brain and make it harder to fall asleep.
You should try these ways to make you fall asleep.

There are ways to help with each of these patterns: carve out at least 30 minutes of wind-down time before bed in which you do something relaxing, such as read a book. Dim the lights in the house slightly for an hour or so before bed. In order to calm your mind, do a breathing or relaxation exercise.

For me, I rarely face with this problem because I normally can sleep suddenly whenever I lay down on my bed. However, if I can't sleep at night, staring in black point inside our eyes after close our eyes can help me fall asleep.
