Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high-quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white, which also includes vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat than the yolk.
Eggs are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
However, you should not eat boiled eggs at midnight like the recent fake news. lmao

Eggs are an excellent source of protein, iron and phosphorous. Eggs are also yolk-rich source of Vitamin A, D and B. Egg yolks are known to contain vitamin A which functions are to ensure good vision and normal growth and development.

Eggs are the cheapest protein in our country. I love to eat eggs because it's cheap and delicious.
I love boiled eggs and fried eggs so much. It's easy to make when I'm starving.

Both the white and yolk of an egg are rich in nutrients, including proteins, vitamins and minerals.
