I am usually feeling sleepy in the afternoon or after I finish my class.
I would like to take a nap in my room for half an hour.
It helps me to boost my energy.

I can take a nap only in the morning and evening.
I feel dizzy every time I take a nap in the afternoon.

I would say I don't really like taking a nap.
Because I always have headache after I spent many time on sleeping.
I cannot take a nap in only 5-10 minutes usually I spend time on taking a nap about 2-3 hours.
Also sometimes when I take a nap, I will feel sleep all along after I wake up.

Normally, I don't like to take a nap but I usually do it.
Because I am often sleepy. I use about 5-10 minutes to take a nap, if I have class but I will use 2-3 hours to take a nap, if I don't have any class.
However I always feel that take a nap during 5-7 pm. is not a good time because I may have a headache sometimes and I don't feel good after I wake up.

Yes I do, nowadays I take a nap almost every day lol.
I personally go to bed late and wake up early in the morning. So I feel tired in the middle of the day.
Napping makes me more fresh and it good for my health, I guess.

I actually hate napping, IF I have work soon. The reason being is I naturally get sleepy mid-day (around 3pm), and so I always feel an overwhelming urge to close my eyes then, however 3pm is always in the middle of work, school, something haha.

I have just an hour to myself however to close my eyes, it’s a massive shot of adrenaline that can fuel me for another 6–8 hours haha
